Fishing stories

Season came to an end quite early this year in October. This happened due to a lack of partners to go fishing with. Next year i will try to solve this problem.

This season made me learn a lot. Without any doubt this year made me more experienced spinning player. The results are different from last year! If last year it was 8 pikes and 7 perches, this year perches prevail! 45 perches and only 15 pikes! This all came from 15 fishing attempts.

I am planning at least 20 fishing attempts in 2011, also 50 perches and 20 pikes considered as a minimum next year.

It is christmas and must say that it is clear now that i won’t be fishing this year anymore, that’s why i could probably analyze this year, for the next year to be more successful.

Looking back to the year 2009, i should say, that it was the year i started fishing again after the three-year break. This year i’ve had only two species of fish caught with spinning on lure. It is quite poor, i must say, but these species are actually most common to be caught with a spinning-rod! It is pike and perch of course, no surprise. Quite interesting fact that i catched more pikes than perches, which is not surprising. This is because my target fish was pike, and lures were pike-size. Taking into account the fact that i started fishing late in summer and had only 9 outings and catched 15 fish in a total weight of 5kg, the result is satisfactory.
